Announcement - Amidaji temple is opened for visitors!

Inside the library of Amidaji. Here you can study and sleep
or you can bring your own tent and place it in the courtyard
Amidaji temple is opened to visitors if they do not mind the simple conditions. One can sleep in the library (or bring one's own tent), and attend services and Dharma talks in the Hondo (Dharma Hall). A shower and toilet are provided, too. We can also arrange meals together! In time, I will be able to offer better conditions and more accomodation facilities, but if people are determined to listen the Dharma and there is the posibility for them to travel, why not pay a visit to me now? We can spend some meaningful time together, discuss any doubt or misunderstanding you might have, say Nembutsu, learn the simple Amidaji liturgy, and even help me with some physical work in the courtyard.

and Dharma talks are held
For those who do not like the conditions at the temple I can easily find a room at a nearby hotel in Craiova (20 minutes by car from Amidaji) from which you can come and visit the temple every day by bus. Thus, you can enjoy both the city and the temple.

Those interested are recquired to contact me in advance at my email, so that we can find the most convenient time for your visit and arrange all necesary details.

It is very  important to know that there are NO taxes or fees for members and visitors who stay at the temple and attend Dharma talks and activities.

However, all members and visitors, no matter they are lay or priests,  must observe the Rules of the Temple , and respect the orthodox  teaching style of Amidaji.

General informations about Amidaji temple (teaching style,  activities, construction progress, etc) are available here:  me.html (click on the highlighted words and links to access more  articles and photos related with the temple)

 Yours in
Namo Amida Butsu

Dear Brother Adrian - this is such a momentous event. I am so happy. Even if the current dominators in the Sangha continue to endorse and propagate terrible divergences, you stand ready to confront and correct them, for the sake of all beings everywhere.
