I added the inside insulation to Amidado (Hall of Amida) and arranged the new library

This was a work which required a lot of money and efforts. Thermal insulation was added on the walls built in July which were next covered with wooden plaques, so now Amidado has a double sandwich like wall filled with insulation. Here is a panoramic photo of how the Amidado looks on the inside after all the work was done:

and here you can see the various stages of work which lead to the result above:

The total costs of materials and man work was around 1000 euro. This also included water insulation for the whole structure. The next things that I need to do at Amidado are outside insulation, a good stove and two new carpets which should cover the green areas on the left and right of the main blue carpet - see the first photo in the article. Until the stove is added I can only do services in the Amidado between spring and late autumn, but not during winter because it is too cold (during the winter the temperature can drop to more than minus 10 degrees Celsius.

As all the Dharma activities at Amidaji are done for free, the temple depends on the generosity of its readers and friends, so please help if you can. Any little donation is welcome and very much needed, especially now that the cold season is coming. I need to buy firewood and, if possible, a better new door for the former library which is now an accommodation place (where I also sleep), and of course, a good stove for Amidado. The amount I need to raise for all these is a minimum 1000 euro. If you wish to help you can use this PayPal donation box,

or CLICK HERE if you would like to use other methods like Bank account or Revolut. Donors and those in whose name a donation is offered will be included in the dedication list of my new books.

The next thing I did was to transform the former Hondo into the new library (the former library will remain an accommodation place for guests or for me) which now looks like this (panoramic photo):

The new library of Amidaji temple.

Inside the new library there is also enough space for the accommodation of two people on extensible beds.

Here are two photos with me carrying the furniture from the old library to the new library. A cat and a dog were assisting me 😃

This is all for now. I hope that, with Amida's blessings and your kind help I can do more.
